Identified - We are currently experiencing degraded performance in one of our search and data indexing services. All core systems remain operational, but some data is displaying with a delay.
What you may notice:
- New orders may not yet appear in the dashboard
- Newly submitted reviews may not yet appear right away in on-site review widgets
- Product trends and review content in widgets may show slightly outdated information
Not affected:
- Loyalty programs and point balances
- Analytics
- Email & SMS services
- Review collection (all new reviews are being captured and will appear once processing catches up)
No data has been lost. Our engineering team has a fix underway and is migrating to upgraded infrastructure on October 20, after which all delayed data will be fully synced. We’ll post an update once the migration is complete.
